Closing last tab causes index out of bounds exception

Closing last tab causes an exception message to appear. On top of that, a bunch of options in the file menu vanish.

3. Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a mek unit in a tab
2. Press the red X to close the tab
3. in the Save Unit Before Proceeding? pop-up select "no"
4. another pop-up will appear (Unit vs Units) Save Units Before Proceeding? select "no" again
5. Exception appears in pop-up

On top of that a bunch of options in the File menu disappear.
