Here what can be done:

Header must be bigger, with an arrow (animated is best) indicating that you can go down.

div must be higher for a more generous design
pic shoud be smaller. here it is a bit pixelated and too close to the text
title should be in proxima nova semibold (or other cool font if you have other ideas for title font!)

Use a serif font here.

fit everything on one line or ditch "actually"

smaller image to let div "breathe" and avoid pixelating effect
div higher for more generosity

Image is too big. Shouldn't take more than 2 thirds of div.

Images overlap text if screen width is limited. Maybe hide them under a certain width or make them smaller.
Legend is missing.

Retreat video is missing (see UI screens)

This part is missing in team.

switch hello@ to 28px and any question to 18 or 20px

logo's resolution could be higher
