[Fresh Manatee] Be able to add/edit multiple skills

As I was editing my profile, the field Add new skill refers that there's many skills that you can add, but the input is a dropdown instead of a multiple entry field.

That would be also applicable for the the learning section.

No sure if it's possible with the Slack bot SDK, but it would be great to have a field like this:

I'd love to do that, but we can't do this currently, because Slack doesn't have this kind of API...

Maybe we can use the message-menu for the skills and learning:

It can be a back and forth with the bot, the menu on the message will have all skills minus the ones that have been selected by the user.
