As a lot of people are in different timezone in Mangrove, the pre-set 3pm CET time isn't appropriate for everyone and could be annoying or irrelevant (asking the mood before going to bed, just woke up, in commute, etc.)

A good UX would be something like:
user:
"/time" or "/settings" (if multiple settings can be changed in a near future)

boot:
"Hey user_name, I'm happy to change my settings to fit your schedules. At what time do you want me to ask your daily mood? Please note that they are published each day at 4pm CET"

user:
define a time slot. Options may be pre-set options (need to have 24 then), dropdown menu + selection (not sure it's possible in Slack yet), user input (need to be forced to follow input rules). Another way would be to have it fixed to 3pm in the user's timezone (this way our metrics should be consistent, as your mood also depends on the time of the day. Maybe you are more happy in the mornings etc.)

boot:
validation sentence / error TBD

@touillaudmicka awesome, thanks for this feedback!

I propose to use the timezone, I've already have this information when you fresh your profile. With that we don't need to have a new command and every people will give their mood have the same time of the day, whatever will be their location.

Do you know that you can add your mood when you want with the command mood ;)
I will add a feature to delete the 3pm ping if you set your mood before in the day.
