Most copyright notices in the project files are of the form:

Copyright (C) XXXX-YYYY, ARM Limited, All Rights Reserved or Copyright (C) XXXX-YYYY, Arm Limited (or its affiliates), All Rights Reserved.

This task is to update these notices to Copyright The Mbed TLS Contributors as per the Linux Foundation guidance here:
https://www.linuxfoundation.org/blog/2020/01/copyright-notices-in-open-source-software-projects/

At the same time, the following boilerplate lines in files should be removed as they will become redundant: This file is part of mbed TLS (https://tls.mbed.org).

The 3rd party IP files in 3rdparty/everest/ should remain untouched.
