Failure to start Diff. Analysis: Stuck at the sample loading window

Hi Mayur!

I have successfully run the ATAC-Seq Data Analysis and I would like to run the Differential Analysis but I am stuck at the first step, namely the "LOAD DATA" step. After the loading of my data (one .bam and one .narrowPeak files for each of the two samples) I push the "Next" button and nothing happen: I cannot access to the parameter panel. The "Next" button remains pushed, meaning a blue profile appears around the button but nothing else happens next. I can wait hours but nothing changes. When I launch the differential analysis everything seems ok and before it I have also launched the configure.sh script and it seems ok from my naive point of view (there are no missing packages). Can u help me? Thanks.

Has this been resolved? Having the same issue and need to process data in the next 48 hours.

Yes, this has been resolved!

You need minimum 4 samples to run differential analysis.
DESeq2 would need minimum 2 replicates in one condition to run statistical tests.
4 samples (2x control and 2x treatment) * 2 files (bam and peak files) = 8 files
