A new repository of "assigned numbers" seems to have been created:
https://bitbucket.org/bluetooth-SIG/public/src/main/

These lists are in YAML format.

It would be nice if we could incorporate this source into bluepy3.
Preferably dynamically while installing the package using pip.
However, copyright restrictions may apply and need to be assessed.
