Background-image not working...

Hi,

I try to make it work the the style : background-image but it's not working at all :(
Here a really simple demo I make to test it :

As you can see, the first image is a img tag (and it working perfectly). The second image is a div with the style background-image on it. This one is not working

Any idea why?

you should check the file extension and there should be the bracket at the begining and at the end
