SDF issues in PlayCanvas

This applies to many other fonts as well, but I write here in the hopes you can help fix this issue as it seems to be specific to fonts: playcanvas/engine#2948 see this issue here where I was trying Spartan (specifically bold) to display properly in this game engine. Any help or advice on this matter you can give relating to SDF would be much appreciated, I tried to fix it myself but it produced bad results as I ain't great with fonts. I noticed if I download the fonts of this github though the only issue I then have is with the lowercase a not showing correctly, so one solution to this is to download the fonts off github.
