"preview" looks bad

First get rid of the "trimmed" version, we don't need that

Second, see if any of the error messages are actually relevant. (If not, let's not worry about them.)

Third, let's not show the interaction links in the preview version, i.e. these guys:

Add to collection
Add a correction
Attach a problem
Ask a question 

Fourth, the "Authors" list should at least contain the owner (if it is displayed).

When I preview my LaTeX, I get the following error: Notice: Undefined variable: node in _watcher_node_type_enabled() (line 2840 of /home/joe/staging/beta/sites/all/modules/watcher/watcher.module). Any idea what could be going wrong, and how to fix it? Thanks.
