目前没缓存，这么大的 pdf 最好还是在本地标注，缓存之后添加 |

我用的是阿里云的对象存储保存PDF，如果我上传了超过1g的PDF文件，每次读取的时候是否会完全缓存到本地？（流量太贵遭不住）
