卸载后重装，打开软件黑屏问题 #4

win11系统，之前卸载过一次软件，用安装路径下的uninstall Mark Mind.exe卸载的。第一次安装是能用的，重装之后运行软件就会先闪一下主界面，之后持续黑屏。请问有什么解决办法嘛？谢谢！

可能是缓存出问题了，删除缓存，重启，路径是这个 C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MarkMind

删除 roaming 下的 Markmind 文件夹

如果不行，可以找我给你远程看下

删除缓存以后就可以了。非常感谢！！
