Add to playlist option is missing in all context menu

Describe the bug
Since recent changes in #382 that we don't request all the user playlists from start I guess it is not showing the option in all context menus

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
