DWMBlurGlass will often forgot to remove garbage data and cause more memory to be used.
The fastest way to do so is to open explorer and shake the window. If you have task manager open, you will notice that dwm.exe will use a lot more memory.

Discovered that it gets a lot better if you disable global blur radius.
