VM not associated to services in UI?

Hello there,

I try to help the user to retire a VM by himself from the UI. After the provisioning is complete, the user have only access to the services and not the ressources (i.e. VM). Here, 0 VM has been created.

Here is the description of the service:

I would expect something like this (from https://www.manageiq.org/docs/reference/latest/self_service_user_interface_guide/):

This user role seems to have all the rights to see the ressources.

Would you know where the problem might come from ?
