I2C issuse: scl and sda gpio numbers are the same

Hello,

I am running lcd/particles.uno demo on my cyperpi and I noticed the error on Serial Monitor:

E (1344) i2c: i2c_set_pin(825): scl and sda gpio numbers are the same

It seems to be the same issue mentioned in this link:

I2C failure in C++ after add std::vector to code (IDFGH-4463) #6293

It could be solved by adding in ic2/i2c.c

conf.clk_flags = 0;
