The current user encounters the problem of syncing to 99% and cannot sync without prompting

According to the debug log, the node synchronization error is as follows：

Users need to manually delete the file D:\CKB neuron\data\db/LOCK to resume synchronization

  • Requirement Contents
  1. Add a sync failure status and prompt the user for the reason, directing the user to the help center.
  2. Add remaining time supplement.
