Add jump link for code hash in address allocation.

Currently, there're many lock hash in address allocation, and it would be great to add a jump link for the lock hash.

BTW, A note should be appended to the description of the address allocation pop up:

"There are 1,254 CKB Holder and 0 BTC holder of the current asset. BTC holder refers to the number of unique BTC addresses that own this asset."

"BTC holder 是指拥有此资产的去重BTC地址数量。"
