Spore cluster and cell needs to map #547

Current spore's cell and spore's cluster each have two contracts, they were different version. But cluster's contract should mapping cell's contract by their version. Such as v1 latest cell map to v1 latest cluster.

This change is reverted. V2 version is compatible with v1 version.
