All attach nodes move on Gantry Rail

All of the attach nodes on the Gantry Rail translate when moving servo. Is this intended, and
how does one attach/use the Gantry if so?

I actually don't remember. Attached parts should move. But I agree that nodes on the ends of the gantry are displayed incorrectly (most likely just a visual bug).

So the nodes on end should remain fixed? This is what would I would think intuitively, but this is the first I've used gantry and I don't know. The end nodes are definitely moving with the gantry position, anything attached goes along...making it difficult/impossible to attach it somewhere, add legs, etc.
