There are multiple NLP annotation tasks that can be incorporated into the system -

Identifying the entities in a given text (using Spacy, refined, tagme, wikidata, openai etc.)
Identifying conditions (if-then) in the statements
References
Quantity

For creating a proper python package, we'll wait a bit to evaluate the methods used and check if its reliable in the first place.
