How do we have to power our servomotor? It needs 4.8V, and our board can only deliver 3.6V -> external power supply is needed

The octa has a stepup pin which enabled 5V, have a look at the pinout section in the wiki.

This 5V is linked to each header, so you can add jumper cables there if you want.

connecting a servo motor directly to the Octa might be dangerous, when the motor blocks for some reason there will be high peak currents that can damage the Octa. Consider adding a motor driver to your circuit, I believe Ward was also looking into this
