Craters have stripe pattern instead of being flat or smooth

Craters on extraplanets planets and moons have a striped pattern of blocks that generate above their neighbors

Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)

1. generate extraplanets dimension (must be a planet or moon where craters can generate)
2. find a crater feature on the extraplanets dimensions
