Persist job list between IDE sessions

Having to reload the list every time is cumbersome. I suggest to cache the list, and attempt to reload it on startup. If we fail for any reason we can truncate the list or not.

Only cleared sometimes for using multiple windows or have multiple projects open at same time (like #211)

You can select jobs filter and after restart the ide it should selected again and you should view last list.

Yes sounds like. I try to switch some settings from project to application settings to prevent this. But it takes some time
