Describe the bug
Flag fixAlphaBvalue does not work or does nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to file *\operation.xlsx
Click on sheets STR_MIX or STR_STAB or STR_SC
Scroll down respectively to line 22, 20 22
Set the flag (no suggestion are provided in the input file)
Save and run the simulation
See error

Expected behavior
Since the there is no explanation of the meaning of the flag I do not have an expected behavior.

OS: Windows 10
