Add gain per frequency

Hi,
You could add gain adjustments per frequency, as they should be perceived at the same loudness level.
That's how they are used with the original CR device: the gains are calibrated to the user's hearing threshold and the sequence is then played just above it. Here you could just allow the user to adjust 4 sliders to adapt the gains.
