Language server doesn't show all the functions with a large template file

Describe the bug
This bug is the "continuation" of the following issue: #378 (comment)

To Reproduce
It might be hard to reproduce because it depends on which functions aren't in the complete list.

Expected behavior
It should list all the functions

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10, 64 bit
• Is WSL remote? No
• Client: [e.g. VSCode, neovim]
• Test script: native.zip

Additional context
It doesn't list all the functions (as you can see in the GIF above) but if I hover the function it shows the correct body of the function. (also I changed the class name to nativea because I thought it might be a cache issue)
