TR2X bug: possible to start a level with a packed inventory when using the /play cheat

Regression since: 0.3
There's no /play cheat in 0.2.

Steps:

1. /play 1
2. use the all items cheat
3. use the skip level cheat to skip a few levels, in this case let's stop at opera house
   4a. /play 2 and check the inventory (expected behaviour is the inventory is empty except for the pistols, but it's packed)
   4b. /play 3 (same outcome)

I've also checked TR1X and can confirm it doesn't suffer from this bug.
