Lower hashrate with v1.33 (vs 1.31) - RTX 3070 LHR

Hi, i've just downloaded and trying lastest realse 1.33 and testing different lhrtune values (auto, 10, -10, -15,-20, 60, 75...) in all cases hashrate is below 30mhs while using realease 1.31 GPU achieves 32mhs.

It seems 1.33 detects too many locks and starts lowing lhrtune constantly, with version 1,32 the process is manual but does not reduce de hashrate
