Wrongfully detected Mining Lock

I'm mining on a non LHR 3080. If I watch videos or do other stuff while mining, the hashrate drops and lolminer thinks my gpu has a mining lock. Thus the hashrate drops to something like 19 mh/s as it tries to unlock it,
