Bat file launch command on hash rate drop

While I am guessing the heart of my problem is an unstable overclock, I would like to be able to launch a bat file that reapplies a saved msi afterburner profile when my hash rate drops.

I have a bat file that will set and apply the profile, what I need is a command that will launch said file when my hash rate drops below, say 20 mh/s.

Any advice? Thanks!
