1.24-1.23 not working in one 4G and one 8G card setup, only 1.22

If I put one rx570 4GB in x16 port and one 5500xt 8GB in x1 1.24a-1.23 drops various errors (in Gigabyte H110-D3a mining motherboard).

1,24a not recognizing that the x16 card as a 4G card so starting it in normal mode, 1.23 is having problem with the 8G card, etc.

If I put add another 4G card in another x1 port it 1.24a-1.23 works fine.

1.22 is working fine with a 4G card in x16 and an 8G card in x1 port.
