LOL 1.64 on 3080 without offset usage

Hi,
unfortunately,for 3080 series is better to use older then 1.64 version and do not apply offset&fix core mode.
Simple using low PL (115) give us about 810 m/hash (efficiency is higher then 7.+) see my scrn attached. using 1.64 results is lower , 780-790 hash only

If you apply fixcore&offset result will be about 725 for 1.63 and 750-760 for 1.64 with same 115w power consumption.
