Widget management via GUI

Please add widget management via GUI , now we need to manually modify the yml file related to the container and is not very simple

like in the add new item , add add new widget so we can include the necessary code without modify the yml file

Still relevant. I don't use widgits at all, because i use the UI to add/remove items, and I worry I'll end up trashing my dash.
