Cannot "Vote(+1/-1)" with "My votes (101)"

Expected behaviour

It should be possible to remove 1 and add 1 vote in one transaction if the account placed 101 votes before.

Actual behaviour

Reported in zendesk:

Now I voted 101 members, and tried to change the member at the same time.
Add 7 members, deduct 7 members. Here I tried to press the confirm buttom but it doesn't work. I cannot press that button. They say it is over 101 member.
