Use Websocket to get new transactions

Expected behaviour

Lisk Nano should use a websocket connection to the node, so that it can tell Lisk Nano when there is a new block forged and Lisk Nano can check it there is a transaction relevant for the current account and only it there is, then it should update what necessary.

Actual behaviour

Lisk Nano is polling the server to get new transactions.
