Expected behaviour

When the user searches for a delegate name that doesn't exist in the vote dialog, the autocomplete should show "No matches" message.

Actual behaviour

When the user searches for a delegate name that doesn't exist in the vote dialog, the autocomplete is just blank.

Steps to reproduce

  • Open Lisk Nano
  • Go to "Voting"
  • Click "Vote" button
  • Type "doesntexist" into "Add vote to"
