Release: 1.1.0-rc.3 (Testnet)

Expected behaviour

Mouse hover on the transcations ID shows always up to date number of confirmations.

Actual behaviour

In a previous release you had to switch to another tab like "Voting" and back to "Transactions", hover mouse on the Transcations ID again and then you'll see the updated confirmations. In this version it's even worse. The confirmations stay at 1.

Steps to reproduce

Send LSK to another account. You'll see confirmations updated from 0 to 1 and that's it. It didn't change anymore. Even with switching between tabs, I got no updated confirmations.
