Expected behaviour
As title suggests, ConfirmVotes component should use
passphraseutility to validate secondPasspharase before firingvotePlacedaction.Actual behaviour
no validation is implemented yet
Steps to reproduce
Try voting with a structurally wrong second passphrase. The app will call Api.
