Expected behaviour

The fee should be displayed more prominently. Also, the description text should be improved.

Actual behaviour

There were multiple users who registered 2nd passphrase and didn't notice the fee and regretted it afterward due to how much the fee is with the current price of LSK.

Steps to reproduce

  • Open Lisk Nano
  • Log in to an account without second passphrase
  • Click "Register second passphrase" in top right menu
