Expected behavior

Unlock balance should be clear

Actual behavior

In some cases locked balance in balanceInfo value increases after unlock transaction is submitted

Steps to reproduce

  • unvote some delegates
  • wait until balance is available to unlock
  • unlock balance

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

mac 2.0.0.rc3
