Afaik they are working on isolated environment already.

yes so far dapp is alpha status.

imho, as soon as the Blockchain app is opened via the lisk-ui interface, the issue will remain!

My opinion is not to make the dappstore accessible from lisk-ui, but from publicly accessible pages.
