Expected behaviour

User selects peer upon login. Lisk Nano connects to the chosen peer (if on-line).

Actual behaviour

User selects peer upon login. Lisk Nano chooses random main-net peer on users behalf.

Steps to reproduce

Upon login. Select the peer testnet.lisk.io:7000. Enter passphrase and click Login. Selected peer is not as chosen.
