How LightningWork.run allocates resources?

If I start a LightningWork with some cloud compute config, stop it in between and start it again, is it going to run on the same machine or a different one with the same cloud compute config?

• If it stops, will that machine be allocated to my application since it can end up consuming credits even if the machine is not being used for some time or maybe forever for that work
• If it stops and allocates a new machine, I might lose data that work might have created before.
