[BUG] build with libnfs 6.0.2 and arm32 failing with - cast increases required alignment of target type

Describe the bug

• I have raised cast increases required alignment of target type With 6.0.2 on 32bit sahlberg/libnfs#513 and I have tested recasting from (void *) - which works, but would like to see the best direction on fixing this - as the below suggested is memcpy. Before pulling a patch/upstream fix into LE.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Compile any 32bit arm target with libnfs-6.0.2
