Describe the bug

Review use of 10.8. Does it work with OpenSSL3?

Also

Notes:

The location https://repo.jellyfin.org/releases/server/portable/versions/stable/combined/ no longer has the 2.7.6 binary available. Updated the downloaded to get 2.7.7 which is the latest. Thought to be put in to using https://repo.jellyfin.org/archive/portable/stable/ (which doesn’t have 2.7.7) as a mechanism too. E.g. go to archive if releases hasn’t got the version?

This is not release for LE11; as LE11 with OpenSSL3 does not work - No usable version of libssl was found. Also the upcoming 10.8 release of Jellyfin will require a latest NETCore - The framework 'Microsoft.NETCore.App', version '6.0.0' was not found. (unknown libssl solution) at this time.

Raised as Jellyfin issue too

Confirmed that 2.7.7 requires dotnet5 - so a no go on LE11.

a show stopper for my library into Jellyfin 2.8alpha, once this is merged and the nightly tested, will update #6067
