Issues:

Show the shape of the alignment
Estimate sideband has troubles on real data
Make state objects clearer
Perhaps have a multi-stack aperture builder with knowledge of ref/data (and shared state)

Suggestions:

Add a line filter, from centreband to just before sideband, set in percentage of total distance, set a width 3px modifiable
Add a panel to inspecter / plot stacks avec chiffre du contrast, et marqué les maivaises, contrast (max - min) / (min + max)
Downstream panels can use data from upstream for skipping, ROIs etc
Panel phase ramp compensation (Tilt Wedge removal)
Phase unwrap from Rafal
