ISSUE NAME

improve UI of Signup page

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

in Sign up page there are some margin and padding issue,
screencapture-scamwebsite-v1-vercel-app-signup-2024-10-12-15_12_00

so we have add some margin or padding with care of responsiveness for all screen using tailwind
