Non admin mods are unable to ban people

Describe The Bug

A user reported that he could not ban people, as a non admin mod. Even though he can in Lemmy UI

The error in the pic does seem to indicate that this comes from the backend though.

To Reproduce

ban a user a non admin mod

In the case of a crash or when relevant include the logs

I created a user, approved it it application but it is showing all the mod thingies (It is still a normal user)

I think in the sidebar we don't check for the mod and admin thingy

i think that is what caused this user to get that error
