DLL files missing in GameData

When using KSP_Interstelllar_Extended and no optional mods, two dll files are missing. Therefore multiple objects (cryotanks, atomic engines) cannot be customized properly.

The fix is to manually copy Interstellar_Redist.dll and 999_Scale_Redist.dll into the game data folder.

You might want to change that or include it in the install instructions.

I am working on how to get this to work as intended without needing to copy anything to the game files for the 2.0 update.
